Peoples Bank Commercial Loan Advisors Executive Director, Jay Bhakta, is pleased to announce that Aman Patel has joined Peoples Bank Commercial Loan Advisors as a Senior Loan Originator. Patel brings an extensive background in finance and real estate to his new role. He has served as the Managing Director at Patel Capital Group and as a Credit Analyst at Wells Fargo. Throughout his career, Aman has demonstrated a keen ability to guide clients through the loan process, ensuring they find the best financial solutions tailored to their needs.

 

As Senior Loan Originator, Aman will be responsible for handling loan applications, reviewing credit, and ensuring seamless loan approvals. His role involves close collaboration with underwriters, processors, and lenders to secure financing while maintaining the highest standards of compliance. He will also continue to build strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver tailored, strategic financial solutions.

 

Patel earned his degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Michigan. He was recognized for his outstanding contributions to the real estate industry, receiving the 2023 Hotel Developer of the Year award from Wyndham.
